Google

Led a multi-disciplinary product design team at Google, overseeing the design of enterprise applications vital to Google’s Legal, Risk, and Compliance functions.

Drove UX initiatives across six major programs, addressing complex customer challenges. Collaborated with cross-functional leadership to develop experience-led strategic roadmaps, resulting in cohesive, high-performing product experiences.

USER EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR

Chase Bank

Executive Director of UX for Chase.com, leading design, research, and content efforts for the logged-in consumer banking homepage. This homepage serves as a critical touchpoint for 49 million customers and drives 85-90% of logged-in site traffic.

Aside from the homepage, responsibilities included global elements such as site navigation, headers, footers, and overall design standards – ensuring that the end-to-end experience was unified, consistent, and on-brand.

Chase Business & Commercial Bank

Head of Design for Chase Business & Commercial Banking, leading a cross-disciplinary UX team in designing and launching high-quality B2B and B2C experiences across multiple devices.

Drove the full redesign, from conception to launch, of the Chase for Business (small business) and Chase Connect (commercial) web experiences for 2.6 million customers.

Senior Information Architect at Razorfish led a team of UX and visual designers crafting mobile and desktop experiences under tight deadlines, and even tighter regulatory constraints.

Championed user-centered design principles, influencing our client to prioritize user needs throughout development, and instilling a lasting commitment to user-centricity within the client's organization.

This retirement plan experience significantly reduced operational costs, doubled engagement, and measurably improved retirement outcomes.

An impressive 20% of plan participants who used these tools increased their contribution rate by an average of 5%.
